You can't sign in to Yazak Chat because Yahoo discontinued the Chat Rooms. The question appeared as a security measure. This happened because the Yahoo servers were attacked and some of the users had to change the password. You can't use it anymore because it's useless nowadays. You can use other available applications to chat with your friends.
